need list of NOT bought-off OCCUPATIONAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DOCTORS:
Dear Ben,
Do you know of any lists of NOT bought-off doctors, --by this I mean MD's who are INDEPENDENT of industry & government, --doctors who are Occupational/Environmental Health MD's, practicing in various states of the United States?
And, do you know of any patient forums that specifically deal with finding such independent good occ./env. doctors?
