In the video it looks like the person in charge of the dog didn't care either way about the dog or correcting him or preventing the attack .
You should be aware of your animal & the situation to anticipate things like this happening.
Of course in this situation the guy handling the dog must have wanted a few minutes of fame . - but to me it shows poor judgment by the handler more than anything.
no proper collar either - isn't there a leash law in most cities??
I didn't notice if they were actually on the grounds of the W house or not
seems irresponsible for them to not have any collar on the dog.
