I didn't get enough relief with Baclofen @ 30 mg per day like you are on. Once my neuro upped it to 80 mg per day, I had a lot of improvement. I don't know if that is an option for you - not everyone can handle higher doses of Baclofen, but it doesn't bother me. Ask your neuro for ideas on tweaking doses of your meds.
