Hey Big C~
Gotta tell ya--I'm sittin' here in my recliner with my laptop, doing my computer thinggy. I opened your new exercise post thinking, hey, OK, what teh he!!, no one wants to do the virtual walk with me, I'm game for something new that we can do together!

I open this up and read it, then looked at the graphic and BURST out laughing--thinking it was going to be demonstrating a real exercise!!

Shadow, my cat, was at my feet on the floor waiting for me to fall asleep so he can jump on my lap. I started laughing and scared the daylights outta him. He took off like a bullet. Poor thing! He's now down to 8 lives!! Still giggling about that. Course, I'm overtired, my body is beat up, and my feet are in a volcano. Why am I LAUGHING? I shouldn't be laughing..... Great, now not only am I talking to myself, I'm answering myself!

I WANT MY MAYPO!! How many of you member that commercial??
