My Pumpkin Chiffon Pie was always in great demand at all the Family Thanksgiving get togethers.

I don't have the exact recipe, but I remember using canned pumpkin and pumpkin spices.....cooked it in dbl boiler until done....let it cool...whipped up eggs whites and a bit of sugar untill spiking...then folded it into the pumpkin mix...put the whole mess into a pre-baked (fresh) pie crust and chilled until serving....Yummmmmmmm!!
