Default Corn Beef Dip

I make many things but the one thing that is in demand is my corn beef dip.

2 packages of Budding corned beef (you can use the store brand as well)
1 16 oz. container of cream cheese softened (regular or lite)
1 bunch of green onion
1tbs mayonaise
1tbs of lemon juice
Ritz crackers

Chop or cut the corned beef and green onion into small pieces. Mix into cream cheese. Add mayo and lemon juice and mix well. Serve with Ritz crackers or cracker of choice.

This is a very good dip and makes a great presentation for the holidays with it's green, red and white colors. I usually let it sit in the fridge overnight to let the flavors mix well.
