I love the crockpot roast....we had that last week and I made hash out of the leftovers. Yum!!!

It's cold here today, too....and windy. I think our high will be in the 40's. But it's sunny. My cat is stretched out by the window with the sun beating down on his tummy. What a life.....

Who do you cheer for in Nascar? We used to be for Dale Ernhardt ('cause of GM and all) but I don't follow it too closely anymore. I like Jimmy Johnson and Tony Stewart.
