Tamiloo, I agree with the others. If you have a contract through an agency then
the agency should be contacting you when someone cannot show up....
not the individual care giver. If this is happening then the agency probably doesn't even know about it.....and the care giver may still be getting paid for being at your residence (even though she's not). I doubt it would get that far because they usually have to submit something signed by you stating that they fulfilled their obligation. But nevertheless, it puts a significant burden on you and the agency is ultimately responsible for the actions of it's employees.
I'd be making detailed notes and demand a refund if you paid up front.
