Jo, I never thought about using the clone stamp. What I thought about doing in PS is using the color sampler eye drop to get the foreground color the same as the shirt. Then I would use the brush tool to paint the color over the grease spots.

Bizi, I use Photo Shop for the editing. What I did when I edited the eyes was zoom in on them and use the brush tool to paint in the color I wanted. When you zoom in your able to paint an area and when the picture is back to normal you don't see the imperfections of the brush or paint job. You can see my response to Jo as to how I would get the exact color.
