This is why it's always a good idea to do trial runs for recipes like this.

I have a few family recipes that I'm both excited and scared to try. Turns out
no one in my family really follows a recipe and they all add their own twist to it. Took me forever to figure that out, LOL. But that's ok, 'cuz I have a tendancy to do it too.
