I am currently waiting for my ALJ hearing, good chance of getting on on the record decision soon though. my question is this, i have a very large civil judgement against me, and i don't know if the person who has a judgement against me will be able to touch my ssdi or my backpay. i currently don't even have a bank account. anyone know?
