Frank, yes I cant feel them under me much....why I worry about my type of job...I am fast fast at work...on my feet..have to be ...fast food...so somedays I wonder how long I can continue my job...or if should be chancing a fall there!!

I should be taking it easy, but been on a cleaning spree...dejunking..washing some walls down..ahhhhhh feels good though...to use some muscles...so out of shape..surely tomorrow I will feel this and say...Sarah..Klutz...slow down means slow down....just on a mission....

Ciara is catching a Barney episode and singing the Barney song..havent heard that since Tony was sooo into that show....13 years ago when he was 2...heheheee
