I'd use the DVDs, the store should be able to help you get the right kind, take your computer manual and/or write down the - LightSribe DVD+ writer/cd-write - info - just to make sure they get you the right kind.

You might be able to save the info to a flash drive, but might be simpler to use the DVDs since that is the default set up for the system.
I'm sure it takes you step by step when you do it.
