Finished grading papers from one class today and I only have one more day of classes to go. Then we get a week off for Thanksgiving. That is what I am most thankful for ( Of course I will still have some more grading to do next week. I make my students write too much!)

I am planning on spending the evening vegging out om my sofa and watching tv. I can't believe I still watch Survivor. ((Don't tell any of my colleagues.)) Plus Grey's Anatomy is on tonight. I just put my pj' s on. It is almost 5:00. I am skipping my monthly meeeting of my book group. I did not read the book and it is too cold out.

This weekend, I am going with to friends up to Northern Illinois to go shopping in the Woodfield Mall area. I know I am probably crazy to go, but we got suites at a hotel for really cheap (guess nobody is traveling), and I can always go back and rest when I am tired. We are staying for 2 nights. We traditionally go to downtown Chicago, but I knew I could not handle that anymore. I just hope there is not any snow!!!
