Lucky you! I have had twitches (fasciculations) in my legs continually for over eight years!!
Seriously though, I used to get them on the bridge of my nose which was really annoying, but they only occurred during times when I was under stress. I know it's hard, but going crazy over them is probably only going to make them worse. I have learned to live with the twitching, and while they never actually stop, I do notice that they are not as bad when I am in a more relaxed frame of mine.
As for medication, I've never tried any. Strange really, as much as I obsess over some things, I've never obsessed over my twitching (at least, once I decided they weren't a symptom of something more serious!).
Chances are they will go away eventually. I hope that's the case for you.
