Hi Mel, it does sound easy enough & thanks for going to all the trouble of explaining it all, it will give it a shot in the future but when i am not sure, as i would have to find out were to buy these things in the first place, as i live in the country/seaside & my nearist health food/supplement shop is about 20 miles away, but my neighbour next door has every inch of his garden growing something differant [vegetable wise] so i will ask him about them, if anyone will know i am sure he will point me in the right direction.
