I know what you mean. RSD does affect blood pressure. Mine has been really high for the last few years, (185/96). I take 2 meds to keep it under control. When I went in for surgery last month, my bp was 80/45. (you would think I would be stressed). It goes up and down depending on what it wants to do. With the home nurse coming in every day, I have found that my bp is pretty normal. (130/70). Who knows how long this will last. I'm sure it will change again when I least expect it.
I also can't stand the heat. If it is above about 64 then it is too warm. I also need a fan on moving the air. Haven't always been this weird.
