Did your insurance company cover Igenix?

If not (and perhaps, even if it did), do you know how much the test cost?

I was tested with Western Blot and it came back negative. I was tested in part because I had a couple strange circular rashes around joints -- one on my hand -- that came and went without explaination.

I suspect if I tried to argue for an Igenix test, my insurance company would say no.
