I used to be comfortable at almost any temperature. This means as low as about 45 while sitting around in shirt sleaves and 10 when active. I was a little more sensitive to heat but was usually comfortable into the upper '80's and didn't mind hard work even when it was hot.

Now I can go from too hot to too cold without passing through "comfortable" at all.
