Wink Gluten free

We had a great Gluten free day! Even the pie crust was made from Gorilla Munch cereal!

My son did a great job-- he loves to cook, and I helped a bit too

Now I will have to starve myself for the next week! He made homemade eggnog... very good, but very very rich. We had guacamole for appetizers, while waiting for "the bird" and garlic potatoes, baked squash (my fave) and gluten free stuffing (with dried cherries and fresh apples). He thickened the gravy with arrowroot..and that came out very well!

He lives in a big complex of apartments and townhouses, so driving around looking for his unit can be confusing. But the dumpster by his place had the Gorilla Munch box hanging out of it...the top was open... so we knew right away to turn into that lot! It was a beacon calling to us! LOL
