I went to bed early, thinking I could get 10 hours or so before work.

Plan backfired! Now I'm awake at 4am! Not only that, but it was mild yesterday and tonight, and apparently I have too many sheets on my bed, because I woke up toasty hot. Not sweating or anything, but toasty, and inadvertently toasted my brain in the process, that is now throbbing a dull headache.

Of course, having a NORMAL headache amongst the typical referred jaw pain and trigeminal neuralgia/sensory pain from MS is almost charming and cute.

I need to go back to bed.
