I too just came to mexico for a nice relaxing vacation feeling pretty good as I am nearing my 2 year mark of PCS. 2 Days ago Istarted to get a head cold and wouldnt you know it I woke up yesterday and started to feel the PCS symptoms coming on that much stronger. Again im going to recommend seeing a chiropractor who has delt with PCS (has a laser machine pref) and an acupuncturist. Those have helped me greatly. My Tinitus actually was gone for 2 days after 9 months! but then I had a guys night out and it came back lol oh well ive learned my lesson on that
