Thank god you found someone to test your B-12 levels. When you get the results, GET A NEW PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN.
Any doctor who REFUSES to listen and take a B-12 level is in my opinion NOT THE DOCTOR WHO SHOULD BE TREATING YOU.
Shame on them.
Just my opinion.
