Very interested in this article - I am ambidextrous, have been since early childhood, and wrote with both hands right through school, now use left hand for writing and right for all else. My son is dyspraxic and there is a link between RH kids with dyspraxia and LH moms. I have asymetric bilateral PD symptoms, that show more on left, and are actually more debilitating on right. I was going to ask whether anyone knew about why PD usually manifests mainly on one side, as it did not seems logical, but this gives a sort of explanation. It would be good to poll how many of us fit in with this theory..... Are there other theories as to why PD is seen as a one-sided problem?
