I use a really large one.....don't need all the compartments but I'm too cheap to go buy a new one!! The one I use has an AM, Noon, Afternoon and PM pill compartment for each day! I only use the AM and PM ones now. I love it 'cos it's just one less thing I have to remember.....not that I would anyway but it helps!
