I am drinking the lactaid milk and it works. The tablets however no longer work for me It sux. I am doing better now that I am on 75 mg. I am really feeling better but the memory loss is BAD LOL!!! At work it felt like everyone was talking a million miles a minute. I was like waaaaaaa?
they had to repeat themselves a lot. The poor people.
