a new faster acting Lactase enzyme product out there now:

It just became available at Costco in a generic form this summer. I use it for ice cream. It works for me.

I also use Lactaid milk. Lactaid milk does not have Lactase added to it. It has the lactose removed instead.
I use the blue one-- 2% with added calcium.
