Um.... unless you forget what day it is. Then you think that you forgot the meds the day before and you forgot meds on the day you think it is. Been there.... done that.....

I have a keychain one that I can put a few pills in. Always resident are immodium (hey, you never know), tylenol, and then I will put a pill or two of whatever it is that I'm taking regularly. Helps if you go somewhere and forget your meds.
