Lightbulb well...

I don't want to rain on Alan's parade.... BUT....

I USED to do 250 on the leg press. Those were the days before my injury...
and lectures from my physical therapist.

The bottom line? For Alan-- he is better off doing more reps at lower weights,
than pushing himself with higher weights. It is tempting I know, but a tendon
injury comes in a flash, and often does not heal up 100%. As we age our
tendons are not as flexible as when we were younger... If he pulls that groin tendon, like I did, he will be a sorry fella!

So Melody, don't let him get too high with the weights, as tempting as it is.
