If you work this job at all, keep track of all days worked, all sick days, all days left early due to pain. Get a supervisor to sign it or someone who works closely with you. Write out how the drive affects your injuries, how stiff and sore it makes you. Wether you can get yourself and family dinner or do housework after a work shift. If you try to keep the house before you start your shift, log how messed up you are by the time you get to work. You may want to get it notorized so it's official. Send it to SSD so they have it in your records.

If they do terminate, make sure it is thorough that you are being terminated due to your injuries. When I was fired due to pain, dr appts, missed time, meds that were interfering with work, I made the terminating supervisor do it on company letterhead. Most of them will want to help you. Some may not. Find someone on your supervisors level that will be willing to help.
