Do you have the name of the virus?
You can have someone look it up on google, or any search engine, and maybe there is a remover online that you can use?

also the major AV sites usually have free removers.

There might be a thread in the stickys about the subject, or search the forum for more info. My internet is slow tonight or I'd look more up for you.
