I've heard of this deep fried turkey thing. I gather you are not ITALIAN!!!

I can just see my grandmother's face if I ever told her Deep Fried Turkey!!!

now that would be a picture. You see, in italian households when I was a kid, no one cooked a turkey. NEVER!!!

Something called CAPON.

Now I remember asking my mother what the heck is a CAPON? and I remember she turned beet red and said "Well, it's a castrated chicken".

Never had Capon again in all my life.
