I agree he should have gotten the ticket or warning. He was off duty, lied and speeding...

Being in law enforcement does not make you a better driver, doing 80 and having an accident still causes injury or death...maybe he didn't want it reported. Some states require you to report speeding fines if you are in any type judicial system. Would he drive recklessly if he had a suspect in the back seat?


Lighter note: I'm disabled, does that mean I can hit the person who butts in front of me with a cane or buggy?

Moi, one of my grandsons was arrested for kicking a teacher...guess where they brought him? Yep, right up to the assessment center...I had to treat it the same as any other child. He was seven years old, I had the case transferred to another JPO. My answer would have to be yes, if it was truly deserved and depending on the circumstances. My grandson is ADHD, Bipolar and pyromania...did he deserve the charge at a school that states they help students with these disorders?
