I've read about it on and off - but don't really know and I hope not because I use a heating pad quite often for my aches and pains.

I did move our clock radio across the bedroom so it isn't right by our heads.
Same with the kids & their clock radios.
We also have a water bed with a electric heater, but we added a memory topper on it so we only need to turn on the heat during winter.
Plus I hope the EMF is less since it has to go through the thickness of the mattress
