Howdy Hi.

Just checking in real quick while I'm waiting for a pain med to kick in. I guess I double pushed a little the past few days.

The art show was cool. Seeing the variety of artists represented was so awesome. A lot of talented people out there. One person did something really, really cool. They photographed old houses in black and white. Then they displayed the photos in old window frames. A really unique presentation.

Met an established artist for our neck of the woods, and got some great compliments from him. And the Sanctuary may have already been sold. I'll find out more tomorrow when I go back to visit during the main show. Hubby and I laughed since that was not the one either of us was expecting to go first.

And my dad and stepmom showed up as a surprise. At first a little bewildering that they came, but it turned out to be a cool thing. Of course - he was the beaming, proud father and took a couple of pics. Hubby will probably take more tomorrow.

So unexpected guests may keep me away for most of tomorrow.
