This is valuable information that everyone on WC should know.

It means if you settle with WC, they have to set up an annuity for you and if you run out of money, Medicare will kick in as primary.

That is how I understand it anyway....it also said Medicare doesn not do this for many cases.

WC has always accepted I was injured - tennis elbow, tendonitis hand arm, legs, and so on.

They always denied I have RSD. To me this means they accept it to be true now.
If they didn't accept RSD, no way does medicare set aside money for future care for such an inexpensive diagnosis as tendonitis.

I'm not sure who can request this other than WC, but seems everyone with high medical bills would need it.
