I just bought a Recumbent Bike as well. I used one in PT and it helped a lot. It was delivered this weekend and both my husband and myself will use it considering our lumbar issues. And, well, I have weak pelvic floor issues as well. So, an upright bike was out of the question. Anyway, it will be interesting to see if this works out. I used it for the first time last night for about 5 minutes and I can tell I have stretched out my muscles...it feels good!

I wish you luck with your bike as well! As they say, water therapy and biking are good things to do to keep MOVING and help with the osteoarthritis which is what I have all over.
