Hi Shelley! Niagara Falls is only a couple hours away..if that!!
The cinnimon burns my tummy!!! The B 12 gives me the trots but I do not mind the cleanout!! I forget to take it sometimes.
I will ask about Lantus...I do not know if we have it here in Canada though. I have not been that bad with the sweets. My sugars soar before I eat breakfast! 12 -14 on average BEFORE I eat!! I have to pee constantly...I am always tired too!! Yucky!! I will update you tomorrow!! Heres a hug!!
