Hey brokenfriend!

It is common to need some adjustments to your nightguard from time to time as your bite is re-adjusting itself to a less tense position. So the tightness that you are feeling on the right side may mean that it needs an adjustment. It is a good idea to get that taken care of to avoid any additional tension on the TMJ joint.
