Lightbulb I have to wonder...

diabetics are very sensitive to magnesium. In fact it has been shown that diabetics lose magnesium thru the urine daily.

Low magnesium causes this stiffness of muscles among other things:

Make sure you get a good effective form of supplement (NOT the common magnesium oxide).

Many people are low in this mineral and blood testing often does not show much until it becomes so low as to affect the heart.
