I wrote this poem a few years ago now, I put a copy in with the Christmas cards I sent out that year!

Christmas Poem

It's been a hectic year,
And time has just slipped away,
There's never enough time,
For what we really want to say.

I know you've been busy,
And I have been busy too,
But you're still on my mind,
I haven’t forgotten friends like you!

No time to stop and think,
No time to write to our friends,
But in the back of our minds,
We hope the friendship never ends!

Now it's time to wish you,
All the usual Christmas cheer,
And also to wish you,
All the best for the New Year!
