Gosh, that must feel awful. Sorry you're going through that.

Sounds as if the cream was too strong and/or you've had some sort of allergic reaction to it. I don't know that I'd be putting too much else on it.

It's a pity you can't get in to see the doctor again sooner than that. If all else fails, how about going to the chemist/pharmacy. That's what I'd be doing if I had reaction like that.

I'm sorry I can't help you really. Hopefully someone will come along soon who knows more about this. I don't know anything about that cream you were prescribed. I'd probably be using something really mild like aloe vera, but I don't want to recommend anything in case you have reaction to that as well.

Edited to add: I guess I'd be worried about the blisters bursting and bacteria.
No way you can get in to see the doctor or at least talk to a Nurse before xmas eve???

I would see this as a rather urgent matter
