I like this one a LOT. It says everything: it's a chat site, "neuro" establishes the broad-spectrum character, that it's more than disorders of the brain and more than physical / visible disorders, the name is easy to remember, "talk" is a familiar word that feels comfortable to me (or makes me feel comfortable, I'm not sure which) - oh Godfather, you done good! This is a great suggestion.
