The copper bottom stainless steel pans are excellent for all kinds of cooking and I use the enameled one to fry eggs etc.
the fact that Dupont have promised the EPA to phase out the PFOA's in their non stick Teflon coating by 2015 is enough to make me feel there is some credence to the danger theory
