Default I don't know how to ask this, and I think I know the answer, but...

...does it mean anything that my tics don't occur at a certain time of the day, or that they don't hurt, or anything like that? Does that mean that it is nothing serious? I don't think it means anything, and that I should still look into it, but I see stories about people who have real disabilities/diseases, and their tics hurt, or make it so they can't walk. That makes me think that I have no reason for going to the doctor. I have just plain tics, no pain or anything.

Do you think there is a chance it could get worse? It hasn't gotten much worse in the 6-7 years I have noticed it
