My MIL died. It was not a surprise and she went easily.
A month after a bleed. She was almost 94. It is still sad and affecting me.

I have only had to use my visor twice a week so far. I am much better this season. I wonder if it is because of the 4000 IUs of D3 I am now using (up from 2000 IUs from last year).

My doctor switched one of my blood pressure meds to Imdur (a nitrate), and I find that my pressures are better, and my cold hands and feet seem better. It is so cold this season here already... my feet in the last month or so were getting really bad.

I am not a big fan of Xmas either. But I do like some music, just not all the time. I am staying away from shopping. We give to the Salvation army yearly and this year we are just giving checks to close family. I made a crystal ball for my good friend.
