Very interesting to me, because I'm one of them. I was dx'd 7 years ago with no symptoms, only evidence on an MRI and a positive LP. I'm still considered infraclinical because I've never had symptoms. I feel very lucky that I had a neuro early on that advised treatment right away, rather than waiting. I feel that it's made all the difference.
