umm are you sure they weren't playing with it??

they need to pay for and help get repairs taken care of!

and someone should drive you where you need to go!

If the guilty ones don't fess up and agree to help, talk with someone in charge of things like this - disputes or accidents
I'm sure things like this have a chain of command in place for problems of this sort.
