I don't know what all this means but I have had a lot of trouble with spinal stenosis. It is painful as a rule. I also have dehydration all down my lunbar and it is called (DDD) or disc degeneration diease. I have read that most people have some form of it as they grow older, by this I mean after 35 or so. Not so old, as I see things! Lets see if you can check this link out and have it explain some of this.
