Default Panthoteic acid

I have a question about panthoteic acid (vitamin b5): is taking large doses of it safe?

I am asking this because i have been considering taking it for acne. I have mild acne, but i have had eversince i was 12 (tha's many years i am 24 now). The problem with my acne is that i have it not only on my face, but on my back, upper arms and chest. I started taking d chiro inositol and remarkably reduced (it has also helped with sypmtoms of neuropathy, which is the reason i started visiting these forums), but it has not completely dissapeared. I don't know if it is a matter of giving d chiro inositol time to do its job well or if it is that something else is missing....

I may sound over concerned about this topic...it is not that serious (as other problems i have) but there's something inocous to treat it i woudl try it...

I was considering giving large doses of vit b5 a try, to complement the treatment of d chiro inositol, do you think that's a good idea?

Thanks
